Light & Wonder acknowledged the breach and agreed to permanently cease global commercialisation, triggering removal of all remaining installations worldwide. The dragon train slot lawsuit centred on claims that a former L&W designer had used Aristocrat’s proprietary mathematics without authorisation during development. Combined with a medium-high volatility profile and a hit frequency of roughly one win every 3.2 spins, the game struck a balance between anticipation and reward. Dragon Train blended cascading reels with a layered Hold & Spin feature that offered players something genuinely different from the usual lineup. The dragon train slot lawsuit raised serious questions about trade secrets, mathematics, and the future of the entire cabinet series across Australia and beyond.
